Consulting and engineering renewables TRC Corporations has acquired photo voltaic PV and storage engineering firm Blue Oak Vitality, strengthening its renewable vitality capabilities.
The acquisition will increase the consulting firm growth operations of renewable vitality by “supporting tasks from idea to operation”, in line with Christopher Vincze, CEO and chairman at TRC.
The Sacramento-headquartered engineering firm specialises in engineering for business and utility-scale photo voltaic PV and operates in over 30 US states.
It has up to now developed greater than 12GW of photo voltaic tasks and has delivered 6GW of photo voltaic PV by means of allow and building.
