Luminia has executed a memorandum of understanding to amass the property, growth assets and mission pipeline of New Hampshire Solar Garden, together with 15 MWs of community solar that the businesses collectively closed in 2022.
Luminia will now management and handle the developer’s group photo voltaic portfolio, totaling over 218 MWs.
New Hampshire Photo voltaic Backyard founder Andrew Kellar has joined Luminia, bringing alongside intensive group photo voltaic experience and a confirmed monitor file of Northeast photo voltaic growth. The acquisition follows Luminia’s longstanding partnership with the developer and builds on the corporate’s rising group photo voltaic portfolio.
“New Hampshire Photo voltaic Backyard has been an unimaginable accomplice and influential chief in establishing profitable group photo voltaic tasks throughout the Northeast,” says David Subject, CEO and co-founder of Luminia. “As we proceed to scale our group photo voltaic enterprise, we’re thrilled to welcome Andrew to our crew to steer our inside origination technique – straight and in partnership with co-development companions and strategic off-takers in key markets.”
New Hampshire Photo voltaic Backyard actively serves Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York and New Jersey. And along with New Hampshire Photo voltaic Backyard’s Northeast pipeline, Kellar can be bringing over 140 MW of growth tasks in Puerto Rico.
