Array Technologies and Nextracker, two world photo voltaic tracker producers, have settled a five-year-long lawsuit that may have gone to trial this week.

Array Applied sciences filed a lawsuit (Case No. 1:17-cv-00087-JCH-LF) in opposition to Nextracker and its former mum or dad firm Flextronics Worldwide in July 2017, alleging {that a} former Array worker was employed at Nextracker in violation of a non-compete settlement. The lawsuit was settled exterior of courtroom below non-disclosed financial phrases previous to the trial date of July 18.
